RIP CURL BOARDMASTERS 2008

A full week of live music and DJs to complement the Boardmasters 5-Star World Qualifying Series which includes competitions in surfing, skating, wakeskating and a bikini contest.

It is a festival of two halves: Beach Sessions take place at Newquay's Fistral Beach each day, before a double-day of big acts fill two stages at Watergate Bay at the end of the week.

Around 150,000 revellers headed to Cornwall last year to see performances from the like of Ash, Guillemots and Funeral For A Friend before heading to Newquay's clubbing hotspots to continue the party throughout the night.
